Layla

Description

The story centers on Leeds Gabriel, a musician who falls head-over-heels for Layla. Their whirlwind romance is cut short when a tragic attack by Leeds’s obsessed ex-girlfriend leaves Layla with physical and emotional scars that fundamentally change her personality. Desperate to reconnect with the woman he once knew, Leeds takes her to the secluded bed-and-breakfast where they first met. However, once there, Layla’s behavior becomes increasingly bizarre, and Leeds finds himself forming a mysterious connection with Willow, another “guest” at the B&B who only he can see. As he is forced to choose between the physical woman he loved and the spiritual essence he feels drawn to, a major twist reveals that the “bizarre” occurrences are far more literal than he ever imagined.
